Job Summary |
Performs and provides organizational, quality assistance and support services for department. This includes preparing correspondence in final form for all cases/reports, etc. that require follow up within the Quality portion of the department from internal and external sources, and any Quality issues. Tracks all incoming/outgoing faxes, properly handles sensitive and confidential information, receives customers, schedules meetings, maintains files, enters data into the computer, records and transcribes minutes of hospital and medical staff meetings, orders office supplies and assists with special projects, as assigned.
