Marist School, a co-educational, college-preparatory, Catholic School in Atlanta seeks an experienced individual to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Principal. The Executive Assistant is the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Office of the Principal. This role is crucial in providing administrative support and facilitating effective communication within the school. The Executive Assistant must be forward-thinking and enjoy working in an educational setting driven by the Marist School mission. The ideal individual will exercise sound judgment in various situations and have strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be capable of meeting strict deadlines.

This is a part-time role (29 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience. Candidates with experience in an independent school setting are preferred.
