Mark Hardin - State Farm Agency, located in Bartlett, TN is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Insurance experience is preferred but not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set.
This is a Customer Service position for a well-established State Farm Agent. You will preform all aspects of an insurance agency; service, claims, billing, and writing new policies, must be able to take applications and add new business.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
