Responsibilities:
- Record daily deposit
- Collect and process lien waivers
- Set up new jobs in the accounting system
- Perform other weekly and monthly financial processes
- Candidate should have some accounting experience
- Experience working in the construction industry preferred
- Individual must be strong and proficient with Microsoft products including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Be able to comprehend and follow instructions and be able to multi-task.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
