Mark Miller is Hiring an Accounting Office Assistant Part Time Near Salt Lake, UT

Job Description

The Accounting Office Assistant helps with various office duties, including filing paperwork, posting reports and invoices, reconciling and submitting paperwork, following up on incoming titles, and other miscellaneous duties as needed. 

Responsibilities

  • Completes assigned data entry, including posting of invoices 
  • Completes reconciliation and payment for service contracts and other products 
  • Organizes and files paperwork for the office
  • Makes phone calls to follow up on titles due from outside sources
  • Audits documentation files
  • Provides administrative assistance as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Cover for the front desk receptionist as needed 

Qualifications

  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Must be able to deal with confidential information appropriately
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Automotive dealership experience a plus
  • Must be able to lift and file heavy boxes 

Schedule

  • 4 - 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday. 
  • The schedule can be flexible, does not need to be the same 5 days per week.
