- 8-15 qualified, booked appointments added to your calendar each month, without cold calling and at no cost to the agent
- Onboarding and ongoing training
- Complete support team standing by to back you every step of the way
- Professional marketing material, sign installation, and scheduling of professional photography, all taken care of
- Omnichannel marketing strategy, including TV, radio, billboards, and digital campaigns, turning leads into booked appointments
- No desk fees, training or technology costs, and no payment for leads
- Little to no out-of-pocket expenses for agents at Mark Spain Real Estate
- Experience: He has been in real estate for 10 years and leadership for 20 years.
- Outside of Work: Loves to stay active and spend time with family. He cherishes going to his kids' sports events. Married for 27 years and was a professional baseball player in his past life. He continues to live into his love for sports by coaching his kids in softball and baseball.
