Description

We are looking for an entry-level, full-time member of the Move Crew with general labor experience to work in our warehouse.

Mark Vend is a Northbrook, IL based vending and office coffee service company known for quality since 1962. We’re seeking a detailed, high-energy person who takes pride in their work, to work on our equipment installation crew. The job is fast paced and physically demanding, requiring someone with hustle and a willingness to take ownership for the job. Normal hours for this position is Monday-Friday 6am-3pm (or until job is complete).

Pay: Starting at $20/hr

What we ask of you:

• Installs vending, commercial office coffee and micro market equipment into new customer locations per instructions given on work orders.
• Install, relocate or remove vending, office coffee and micro market equipment as instructed on work orders.
• Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with customers and co-workers.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of servicing and maintaining equipment accurately.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standards.
• Be dependable

What Knowledge, Skills, Abilities?

• A High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Be able to physically handle the requirements of job
• Familiarity with coffee or vending equipment is a huge plus
• Ability to communicate well with all staff
• You must uphold company core values, standards for safety, service and efficiency

Requirements

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements of the Job:

• Repetitive bending, squatting, grabbing, grasping, twisting, standing, stooping, stair climbing, and walking almost all day.
• Ability to repetitively lift full racks and boxes, not to exceed fifty (50) pounds. Position requires ability to repetitively push/pull, not to exceed two hundred (200) pounds on wheeled cart.
