Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Produce Manager to join our team. As a Produce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and efficient inventory management. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the produce department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising
- Ensure that all produce is fresh, properly displayed, and meets quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent overstocking or waste
- Train and supervise produce department staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable pricing and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:
