Role Description
This is a remote contract role for an Account Representative. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include communication with clients, sales activities, training, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience with prospecting and writing customized messages based on research
- Self-starter that takes initiative to improve sales processes
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the Product Management or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Hours & Compensation
This role is on a contract basis starting at 5 hours per week. Commission is 10% of net profit on signed staffing contracts that you qualify. Commission for one average 6-month contract would be ~$1000.
