The Market Central Kitchen Production Team Leader is a brand ambassador for Market of Choice and is responsible for assisting the Operation's Manager and Assistant Operation's Manger in building sales through the daily operations of the Market Central Kitchen. All job responsibilities are "As Directed" by the Operation's Manager, Assistant Operation's Manager and Production Manager.

• Assist MCK Management Team in fulfilling product orders
• Quality and consistency of food/quality and volume of work
• Sanitation and cleanliness
• Controlling expenses
• Selection, training and development
• Receiving and storage

• Loss Prevention

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should be 18 years of age or older and available any shift including weekends.
