What will your day look like? As a Fullstack Developer, you will:

• Collaborate with leading brands to drive the development, design, and deployment of innovative applications.
• Develop intricate components of applications, whether they involve dynamic visualizations, intricate third party integrations, or elaborate animation sequences.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of your code and ensure thorough testing practices across the project. Advocate for integration testing and support team members in adopting pre commit testing routines.
• Lead by example in defining best practices within the organization. Whether advocating for Test Driven Development or TDD, or exploring new tools and frameworks, you will demonstrate the benefits to both your team and clients.
• Estimate project tasks and provide feedback on estimations from junior developers to ensure successful outcomes and realistic planning.
• Share insights and expertise with your team, local community, and globally through webinars, lunch and learns, and blog posts.

You will be a good fit for the Senior Associate Full Stack Engineer if you have:

• Excellent knowledge of hand coded CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and the DOM
• Knowledge of JavaScript packages, package managers, bundlers, and their use in building complex interactive experiences.
• Experience building responsive websites with and using CSS grids with scalability in mind.
• Understanding of accessibility issues and SEO and how they relate to development.
• Frontend experience with React.JS and Bootstrap.
• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Cloud and DevOps experience with AWS including EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, and ECR, Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading small teams
• Thorough understanding of the ability to fine tune an experience and browser rendering.
