REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working within commercial lines insurance agency is a PLUS;
- Strong technology skills including proficiency with Windows based agency management systems, database functionality, electronic document management system and internet navigation
- Comfortable speaking to clients and carriers over the phone and in person
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer focused disposition
- High School Diploma / Associate degree desired
- Property and Casualty Insurance License is a PLUS
RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary focus of this full-time position is to manage multi-line commercial accounts. This includes the direct response to customers’ daily service requests, evaluating and recommending coverages to meet the needs of the client/prospect, negotiating with markets for optimum coverage, and maintaining solid carrier relations. You will be responsible for assisting with market selection by creating applications and proposals.

Pay: $64,093.00 - $70,818.00 per year
