Receiving and Inventory Specialist 

Flexible Start Times (Start at 6:00am, 6:30am, or 7:00am M-F)

Marketlab is growing! The receiving and inventory specialist is a vital function to our Dispenser and Cart Manufacturing facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Perform receiving duties including: receiving inventory for incoming components, and verifying internal transfers. 
• Perform material handling duties including: putting away materials, components, and parts, and maintaining rack system organization.
• Cycle counting components on a regular basis to ensure accurate inventory counts and completing yearly inventory counts as required.
• Track general supplies for production including chemical supplies, polybags, and assembly supplies. 
• Close work orders and report material scrap in ERP system.
• Pull Supermarket Kanban cards, process & close kit assemblies.
• Setup shipments with outside logistics providers as required. Ability to suggest process improvements and productivity improvements as it relates to the role. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 
• Minimum of two years Receiving/Inventory related experience and/or training.
• Valid Driver’s License required and ability to obtain a CDL for local deliveries as needed
• Ability to self-direct while maintaining detail and accuracy, and meeting assigned timelines. 
• Excellent communication skills to work with team members.
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft or Google products. 
• Previous experience with an ERP system preferred. 
• Experience operating a hi/lo required. 
• Physically able to lift 50lbs.
