Job Description: As a Bilingual Health Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their health insurance needs. You will be responsible for enrolling new customers into insurance plans, marketing for new business, and providing outstanding customer service for existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Enroll New Customers:
• Compliantly assist customers in understanding and enrolling in appropriate health insurance plans.
• Provide clear explanations of plan options, benefits, and costs.
• Ensure all enrollment paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.
• Marketing and New Business:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Attend community events and networking opportunities to promote our services.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
• Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Additional Duties:

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,826.00 - $64,848.00 per year
