Summary The Researcher utilizes databases and additional resources to ensure reported information is accurate and up to date. This role works with a corresponding field team to create a highly effective business environment. Essential Job Functions: Review outcomes from completed call reports conducted by field team Conduct investigative work to verify accuracy of identified outcomes from call reports Utilize databases and additional resources to find supporting documentation that substantiates or updates outcomes Conduct follow up calls to validate phone numbers and/or schedule appointments for the field team Act as a support role by being knowledgeable of program-specific initiatives Conducts specialized research projects as assigned Log all activity within SalesForce daily
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Willingness to adhere to activity and reporting requirements Results-oriented professional who strives to exceed expectations Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, meet deadlines and goals Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow-up Capability of working in a team-oriented environment that is fair, open, and honest Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills Action and detail oriented Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks Quick and strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environment Proficient is Microsoft Suite and SalesForce Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 1 years’ experience in industry-related field
