Staff Accountant/Tax Preparer needed for CPA firm in Monrovia. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. We are looking for a motivated self-starter to grow with our business. This is not a seasonal or temporary position. This is an in-person office position and is not remote.

Qualified candidate should have experience in the following:

*Preparation of tax returns.

*QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online.

*Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles including billing, A/P, A/R, and reconciliations.

*Experience with MS Word and Excel.

*Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

*Excellent communications skills including the ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.

*Ability to work directly with clients and to provide top-notch client service.
