Responsibilities
- Checks and verifies regular entry detail for accounts payable.
- Prepares accounts payable checks.
- Posts payable invoices into computer for payment.
- Help daily balancing.
- Balance and maintain accounts payable schedule.
- Balance and disburse petty cash.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience required
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to operate a calculator
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
