We are currently searching for a Customer Engagement Representative for its Southfield office.
Objectives of this role:
-Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
-Maintaining/Supporting customers (usage instruction, corresponding user’s request, etc)
-Improve customer retention
-Increase total number of active users and page view per license
-Implement monthly webinar
-Updating customer profile in internal system
-Gather customer voice
-Development of customers demand and upgrade the contract
-Planning/Supporting marketing activities (incl. Exhibition)
-Monitoring and analysis of the automotive market situation
Preferred skills and qualifications:
-University degree or equivalent education
-Experience in B to B business or customer support (preferable)
-Business experience in automotive industry (preferable)
-Good IT and internet research skills
-Very good relationship building and communication skills
-Self-motivated, well-organized skills
-Proficiency with CRM software
-Strong communication skills via call and email
-Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
