Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations located in Charlotte, NC. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing teams, analyzing performance metrics, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
