We are seeking a true team player with a passion for helping others who won’t shy away from a challenge.

In this position, you’ll be doing:

  • daily communication between customers and service technicians
  • schedule appointments with customers
  • take and distribute accurate messages
  • fax, scan and copy documents
  • maintain office filing and storage systems
  • update and maintain databases
  • preparing/managing proposals, reports and correspondence
  • keep office area clean and tidy

What to bring

  • proficient in all Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel and Word
  • work management and prioritizing skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • high level customer service with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities
  • problem solving ability
  • meticulous attention to detail in documenting calls and work orders is essential, ensuring accuracy at every step
  • well organized, detail oriented, flexible and self sufficient
  • 2-4 years of customer service background
  • accounting experience
  • knowledge in QuickBooks
  • a “can do” professional attitude
  • takes pride in your work

Paid Training

This position is FULL TIME and/or PART TIME

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
