We are seeking Project Architects that will complement our team and join us in our Las Vegas Studio to deliver a high level of design excellence.

Responsibilities
· Integrate with a proven multi-disciplinary development team; working with 3D Artists, Interior Designers, and Construction Experts to create and execute the world’s most significant and progressive projects in the hospitality and entertainment industry.
· Lead and develop projects through successful execution of the contract deliverables across all project phases.
· Effectively balance the project scope of work, design integrity and overall project expectations.
· Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork to accomplish goals.
· Assist in the integration of cutting-edge 3D modeling, interactive design presentations, and virtual reality platforms as tools to create, convey and manage the project design.
Qualifications
· Exceptional graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior management, clients, vendors and team members.
· Proficient in drawing, modeling, and other graphical software inclusive of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Cloud Products.
· Thorough understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and stie requirements.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Eight or more years of verifiable work experience in a professional architectural setting in the hospitality and entertainment industry.
Education & Licensure
· Professional degree from an accredited Architectural program.
· Architectural Licensure preferred but not required.
