Conducting legal research
Draft legal pleadings, motions, pleadings and briefs
Settlement negotiations
Manage an active case load with flexibility and professionalism
Stay up on changes to Maryland law as it affects our client base
Maintain and manage organized hard copy and virtual client file using the case management system
MUST HAVES:Active Maryland law license
Desire to work in an office environment
Litigation experience
NICE TO HAVES:
Criminal Defense experience
Personal Injury experience
Worker's Comp experienceQUALIFICATIONS:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
