- Month-end Close:
- Bank reconciliations
- Fixed assets subledger and reconciliation
- Prepaid assets
- Other reconciliations and duties as assigned to month-end
- Accounts Payable:
- Assist in processing invoices during month-end close
- Perform necessary reconciliations involved
- Credit and Purchase Cards:
- Own the process of ensuring credit card and purchase card transactions are reflected in Oracle NetSuite
- Reconciling CC and P-Card purchases to statements received from our bank
- Review supplier statements and ensure balances are current
- Communicate and follow up with other departments and suppliers, resolving invoice and purchase order issues
- Assist in weekly AP check and refund check runs
- Processing credit and pay card transactions by posting activity into the GL system
- Other projects and tasks as assigned that could include:
- Responding to phone calls and or emails
- Lease schedule upkeep
- Recording banking activity
About you:
- Have an Accounting degree
- Are proficient in Word, Excel (e.g., VLookup / Index Match, Pivots)
- Have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Possess the highest level of confidentiality
- Have excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare, Healthcare Service Organization (HSO), or Dental Service Organization (DSO) experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or equivalent role
- Oracle NetSuite experience
