Biotechnologies company near the Irvine Spectrum is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. Additionally, you will be providing administrative support to HR Team.

Schedule : M-F 8am - 5PM w / 1 hour lunch break

Attire : Slacks, Dress shirt, Jacket, or similar

Job Type : Contract to Hire

Responsibilities :

Need a punctual candidate as this person would be responsible for checking in guests / interviewees / vendors / etc. and unrolling the phones.

This requires someone reliable that can commit to being punctual for clock in, 10 minute break, lunch.

• Greetings and interactions should be positive, welcoming, and helpful
• Take calls, take messages, answer general questions with patience and friendliness, transfer calls as needed
• Role will be checking in mail and shipments, stocking supplies, ordering supplies

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Data entry
• Must be flexible, friendly, and engaging
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
