Manufacturing Company seeking to hire a Warehouse Tech.

Warehouse Technician

All Warehouse Technicians must have experience and aptitude in the following areas and the use of RF scanner technology is desired.

Receiving :

• Receive finished goods from Manufacturing against production work order.
• Receive finished goods, MRO, raw material and components from outside suppliers against purchase order.
• Receive returns from RMA and RFR.

Picking and / or Shipping Orders :

Prepare outbound orders per specific instructions on pickers generated by Customer Support, special requirements include : Expiration labels.

Customer Specific labels. Test Reports. Pallet Tally labels. Routing Instructions with specific carriers. FOB Collect or Delivered.

Commercial Invoices for International Shipments.

Material Transfers :

• Prepare weekly component transfer shipment for offsite processing.
• Allocate & transfer material to Manufacturing rework orders and delivers to their department.
• Transfer returned and discrepant material to QA for inspection.
• Transfer backflow inventory from Manufacturing.

Cycle Counting :

Daily cycle counts performed, count sheets generated by Material Control observing Pareto’s Law of ABC analysis.

Warehouse Operations :

• Stocking received inventory in appropriate locations.
• Unloading weekly containers of finished goods from Japan.
• Cleaning and organizing warehouse for maximum throughput.
• Any additional duties as assigned.

Pay $19.00 / hr
