ABOUT MARQUIS

Marquis, an innovative beverage brand, is on a mission to change the way people drink caffeine, offering one of the healthiest alternatives to coffees, teas, energy drinks, and sodas. A small, but mighty fun company to work for, Marquis is rapidly growing and searching for an individual that shares a passion in product education & demonstration, experiential events, brand-building, and is highly efficient with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):

• Provide memorable experiences for consumers through in-store sampling, and occasional events/guerrilla marketing initiatives
• Educate the customers on Marquis’ unique features, benefits, and brand story.
• Build and maintain relationships with store-level personnel
• Generate sales at every in-store demo and exceed set KPIs
• Uphold merchandising procedures, ensuring shelves are fully stocked at all times, before, during, and after shift
• Set-up and break-down equipment for sampling activations on time
• Drive to Marquis warehouse for supply replenishment when needed
• Submit feedback and all required reports in a timely manner via Repsly application
• Participate in occasional on-site company meetings and training sessions
• Attend all scheduled events in approved Marquis’ branded attire
• Remain accountable, exercise effective time management skills, and consistently communicate with key management

• Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend crouch and lift 30 lbs without assistance
• Required to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
• High comfort-level driving location to location
• Must have a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and proof of car insurance

JOB TYPE & PAY RATE

Part-time, Contractor/1099, Starting $20/hour mileage, additional compensation awarded for experience/performance

• Work Location: Greater Los Angeles Area
