Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN or LPN)
- MDS Coordinator with PDPM experience
- Current/active licensure for Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Rhode Island
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
- Prior MDS/RAI/PDPM experience preferred
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing
