Vista Eye Care is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist (Optical) Near Brighton, CO

We are seeking an energetic, professional, full time experienced Patient Relations Specialist to join our amazing team!!! We are a fast-paced private Optometry practice in Thornton, and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works efficiently, strives for high quality patient care, and enjoys working in a medical office team environment. Some *Experience* in an Optometrist office is a must!

Front Desk duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting Patients, Answering Phones, Scheduling appointments
  • Preparing patients charts, pulling insurance, calling insurance companies
  • Handling all patients needs with exceptional customer service
  • Selling Contact lenses, and explaining recommended testing,(Optos and MPOD)
  • Being able to Multi-task and control patient flow while being a team player
  • Additional administrative duties etc.
