Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position. The Firm has a substantial, but not exclusive, practice in labor and employment law. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for sophisticated litigation work in class actions; commercial disputes and maritime. We also typically have matters that involve interesting issues related to the supply chain; technology and efficient transportation of cargo, as well as a transactional practice related to our outside general counsel role for some clients. We handle a controlled number of substantial cases in the six-figure to $15M range and our attorneys enjoy in depth practice on a limited number of matters as opposed to a high-volume caseload. Our cases frequently go to trial and the position is appropriate for an attorney who wishes to develop, or maintain, a substantial trial practice.
We offer an opportunity for extensive client contact and participation in Firm's marketing program. Base salary depends on experience.
