What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Professional focus in ServiceNow ECPro and chatbot capabilities with deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in agile development environments, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proven experience working with UX design teams to create user-centric solutions.
- Customer-service oriented demeanor with the ability to provide training and support to end-users and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
- Own, prioritize, and maintain the product capability backlog, plan and coordinate sprints, participate in agile ceremonies, and partner with various stakeholders.
- Review and analyze user feedback and work closely with UX design, development, and QA teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Drive the adoption of ServiceNow best practices, coordinate with development teams to design, test, and deploy new features and enhancements.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the deployment of releases, manage change control processes, monitor, and report on the performance and usage of ServiceNow modules.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, provide training and support to end-users, and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
- Work with over 140,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
