Mars is Hiring an Employee Experience BAU Product Owner Near Chicago, IL

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employee Experience BAU Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage and optimize the ServiceNow ECPro experience, Virtual Agent (VA), and AI Search capabilities, focusing on both ongoing delivery and continuous improvement of business-as-usual (BAU) enhancements. The ideal candidate will work closely with UX design and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience, driving efficient and effective delivery of enhancements and maintenance activities that support our evolving business needs.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
  • Professional focus in ServiceNow ECPro and chatbot capabilities with deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in agile development environments, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proven experience working with UX design teams to create user-centric solutions.
  • Customer-service oriented demeanor with the ability to provide training and support to end-users and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Own, prioritize, and maintain the product capability backlog, plan and coordinate sprints, participate in agile ceremonies, and partner with various stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze user feedback and work closely with UX design, development, and QA teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive the adoption of ServiceNow best practices, coordinate with development teams to design, test, and deploy new features and enhancements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the deployment of releases, manage change control processes, monitor, and report on the performance and usage of ServiceNow modules.
  • Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, provide training and support to end-users, and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
