What are we looking for?

Undergraduate degree (MIS or Computer Science a plus).

ITIL Certification or demonstrated thorough understanding of ITIL.

Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Information Technology areas.

Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivery of value-added service.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Vendor Management Manage 2 industry leading managed service provider to assure service delivery to all Mars operating markets in AP.

Work closely with the commercial team to identify the opportunities in terms of efficiency, cost effective and new operation model under the new normality.

Service Management Operational excellence in all responsible areas including (End User Computing, Network, Server Rooms, Deskside Support & Local Service Desk, Digital Workplace & User Experiences, Security)

Engage with business leaders to ensure visibility of value delivered through Site Infrastructure services

Establish and ensure the delivery of Service Level Agreements across all major regional site infrastructure services in all AP Mars operating markets in AP.

Proactively drive, implement and take ownership of information and data security on all Mars Inc. sites within the region

Ensure compliance with Mars Digital Technologies global policies and technology standards within the region

Work closely with other core services and core capabilities teams to ensure timely deployment of global and regional infrastructure initiatives in the region.

Oversee proper management of software and hardware lifecycles in the region to ensure timely execution of upgrade / change and retirement procedures including asset management and license management

PMO / SMO Leading regional PMO and SMO activities to streamline the process in AP region and align with global practice.
