Description
Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance via phone and email regarding Microsoft Office, Vertafore and other third party software and web sites. Document technical service requests from incoming phone calls, emails and walk-ins. Prioritize response to calls according
to standards and time of request. Provide support for PC’s, servers and network. These duties include configuration, installations and troubleshooting desktop, printer, software and network problems. Provide instruction to users on software. Perform regular maintenance on PC’s and upgrade software.
