As a member of the COBRA team, the primary responsibility of the Service Specialist is to perform daily deliverables within the suite of COBRA services and products, such as, but not limited to systems management, election form and late notification transactions, and assisting Client Service Representatives on daily deliverables.
Additional responsibilities include report generation, data transmission, file processing and team projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited, to the following :
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
Experience within a third-party administration, benefits brokerage, health and welfare consulting, health care, or insurance related industry is highly preferred.
