Job Purpose:

Huck's Market, a leading convenience store, is dedicated to providing fresh food and dispensed beverages along with exceptional friendly customer service. The Director of Field Marketing Execution is responsible for the store's execution of current marketing plans and programs. This role collaborates closely with cross-functionals teams, including, but not limited to Store Managers, Operational Leadership, and Marketing.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute targeted marketing plans tailored to store locations.
• Own execution of field marketing initiatives including events, promotions, and loyalty campaigns.
• Assist in coordinating activities with external vendors to promote joint campaigns.
• Drive engagement with associates, customers, and vendor partners to encourage interactions with Huck's Market to build business.
• Analize marketing needs based on marketing shifts and trends.
• Adapt strategies to maximize impact in various communities, districts, regions, and companywide.
• Foster alignment between field marketing and overall organizational mission and goals.
• Mentor and guide operational staff in effective execution of marketing plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of the marketing strategy with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing execution or convenience store operations.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
• Track record of successful campaign execution.
