- Manages communications, follow-ups, and distribution of applications to carriers, and collects missing information from groups, sending approval letters to clients
- Completes and coordinates quotes and proposals for new and renewal business, updates census, policy information, and commissions for all accounts and policies
- Assists with renewals and new business applications, attaches applications to appropriate client files, and prepares and processes outgoing packages, shipments, and presentation materials
- Follows up on service issues, coordinates through the Customer Advocate Center, acts as phone backup for call overflow, assists with enrollment fulfillment, performs client audits, and prepares member open enrollment and renewal documents
- Ensures the protection of personal information according to HIPAA standards, performs general administrative duties, updates product information with oversight, and contributes to team goals through collaboration
