Essential Functions
- Lead safety programs and trainings, promoting Martin Marietta’s Guardian Angel culture.
- Responsible for leading the safety, health, environmental programs, guidelines and policies.
- Lead and develop salary and hourly workforce to create teamwork and drive a safe and productive environment.
- Ensure compliance with company, local, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Leads operations to established production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics.
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities to include scheduling, production and training activities.
- Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately.
- Responsible for maintaining quality of all products.
- Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established.
- Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates frequently in a maintenance and operations environment in an underground and surface mine location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, and copier.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position and will require 40 hours per week.
Required Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A Bachelor’s Degree in management or engineering preferred
- Five or more years of supervisory experience
- Skill Trade Certification(s) are a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations
- Personal Vehicle
