Job DescriptionWe are interviewing to hire an experienced Restaurant Kitchen Manager to open our new “polished-casual” Smithtown, New York restaurant location.
Our Kitchen Manager’s role is to provide uncompromised excellence at all times, making our guests and our food the heart and passion of all they do. This includes ensuring consistent execution of all FOH and BOH systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-‐through.
Our Kitchen Manager is accountable for food standards, systems, cleanliness, organization, employee engagement and the guest experience.
Our Kitchen Manager works closely with the General Manager directing and managing all components of restaurant operations. We are looking for KM candidates who possess a high level of integrity, display a passion for our brand, and are committed to the restaurant’s success.
