Job Description:

As a 3M Certified Vinyl Wrap Installer with OEM experience, you will be responsible for applying vinyl wraps to various surfaces, primarily vehicles, ensuring precision, durability, and aesthetic excellence. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our reputation for high-quality work and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Apply vinyl wraps to vehicles and other surfaces with meticulous attention to detail.

· Prepare surfaces for vinyl application, including cleaning and priming.

· Measure, cut, and shape vinyl materials to fit various surfaces accurately.

· Perform post-installation inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

· Collaborate with the design team to achieve the desired visual outcomes.

· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all installation processes.

· Keep up-to-date with the latest vinyl wrap techniques and industry trends.

· Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

· 3M Certification in vinyl wrap installation is preferred.

· Proven experience in vinyl wrapping, particularly with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) applications.

· Strong understanding of different vinyl materials and their applications.

· Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

· Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to vinyl wrapping.

· Experience with digital printing and graphic design software is a plus.

· Knowledge of vehicle body parts and automotive industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
