Required Experience
- Mechanic: 1 year
- Diesel Mechanic: 1 year
The Right Diesel Mechanic Will Have The Following
- ASE certified or equivalent experience
- Some experience as a Diesel Mechanic repairing trucks and trailers
- Be able to diagnose, repair and perform general maintenance
- Experience working with Detroit & Cummins Engines
- Be able to perform general maintenance on our recent model fleet of Freightliner tractors
- Be able to perform general maintenance on our recent model fleet of trailers
- Trailer repairs, services, washes, yard check, shop clean-up, etc.
- Light computer work also requested
- Must have your own basic tools
- Good driving record necessary
- Pay based on experience
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 2pm - 1030pm
- Medical, dental & vision offered
- 401k with 25% company match (eligible at 6 months)
- Vacation and holiday pay
- $25,000 in company paid life insurance offered
- Short-term and long-term disability available
- Boot/Tool Reimbursement
- 1 week Vacation on hire
