Duties:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction

Skills:

- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized scheduling software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and billing

As a Customer Service Representative in our office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patients. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, creating quotes and invoices, and assisting with billing inquiries. Your friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

This position is seasonal and part-time. We are expecting a high volume of clients and your position is set to be from Novemeber to December. However, This job position does have the potential of becoming a full time postion that goes beyond the seasonal time frame required.
