Responsibilities •Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead-generating activities goals to ensure future business
•Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently
•Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
•Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
•Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
•Grow and maintain customer relationships
•Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours)

Qualifications •2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
•Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
•Proven track record in sales
•Great communication
•A high school diploma is required, and some industry or product knowledge preferred
•Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
•21 years of age or older
