Since many products are customized, it is important to receive customer feedback and requirements as well as collaboration with engineers and production department.

Position: Senior Business Development Engineer

Essential Job Responsibilities:

New Business Development

→ Discover new business opportunities for Maruwa products in the EU market, evaluation, coordination of new projects within group of companies/departments and externally.

→ Fields works like evaluating market trends, expected size, possible developing scenarios.

→ Update existing sales tools, creates new ones.

Sales promotion

→ Visiting of prospective customers with the aim to get Maruwa`s products selected as priority items during the evaluation process/stage (ESI activities).

→ Acquisition of new customers through the activities determined by a line manager.

→ Ensure the achievement of objectives set by Sales department/line manager.

→ Visit/meeting arrangement with involvement of engineering team of Maruwa Japan (ESI activities).

→ Visiting/participating in tradeshows etc as required (ESI).

Required Qualifications:

→ Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.

→ 3-5 years of experience in related field/industry in the EU

→ Demonstrated time management skills to accomplish a short& long-term assignment

→ Knowledge of semiconductor material, process and design technologies

→ Knowledge of MS Office

→ English -Advanced level

→ Travel: frequent travel within the EU, infrequent international travels.
