Community hospital part of a large system looking to bring on Controller/CFO!

Will oversee all financials and directs and supervises the complete accounting system and financial function of the hospital. Includes charges, billing, A/R, cash receipts, collections, A/P, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and audits. Manages Accounting Assistant, Central Supply Coordinator, and 6 Cafeteria Staff.

Bachelor's degree required, CPA a plus.

2 years experience coming out of a finance hospital/healthcare setting.

Responsible to round on a small block of patients (owns a piece of patient satisfaction).

Reports to the CEO.
