Community hospital looking to bring on a Director HR!
This HR Leader will oversee all day to day workings including Administration, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Employee Relations for about 300 employees. Team will consist of a HR Coordinator. Reports to the CEO. Oversight of all HR office operations and is a working Director role and can be heavily Administrative. Activity pertaining to benefits, recruitment, retention, worker's compensation, staffing and wages, and employee relations. Hands on/collaborative role.
Must be Degreed.
At least 2 years experience as an HR leadership/supervisor role with direct reports.
Background/experience must come for a healthcare or a hospital setting.
