Provide comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings
Prescribe glasses and contact lenses as appropriate
Diagnose, treat and manage ocular diseases such as dry eye, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration
Work collaboratively with opticians, administrative staff and technicians to provide great patient care and experience
Have excellent communication skills with the staff and other healthcare professionals
Well organized and have the ability to multitask
Motivation to grow and assist with the development of the overall practice
Qualifications:
Virginia license with TPA certification
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school or college of optometry
