Counselor III (LSW, LPC, LCDC II or III) Job Description

Under the direction of Clinical Supervisor, the Counselor III will be responsible for chemical dependency and mental health counseling, case management and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Maryhaven for treatment. 

Counselor III (LSW, LPC, LCDC II or III) Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment.
• Valid State of Ohio LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC II or III licensure.
