H-1B and J-1 visa candidates Welcome!
Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our multi-specialty group practice which includes 60 employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.
Position Details
- Clinic Practice Setting
- 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
- 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
- Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
- Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrillator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
- Lab onsite
- X-Ray onsite
- EMR - EPIC
- 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
- 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
- Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
- Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrillator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.

Requirements
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Required
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - Required
- BLS, ACLS (by time of start) - Required
- Required procedures: EKG Interpretation, Adult Outpatient, General Outpatient, Pelvic Exam/Pap Smear, Trigger Point/Joint Injections, Skin/Tissue Biopsy, Suturing of Minor Lacerations, Incision & Drainage, Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Prenatal Care, Diagnosis & Management of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - Required
- BLS, ACLS (by time of start) - Required

Schedule
- Full-time negotiable schedule
- On call 3-4 days per month
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, contingent on requested information being returned timely
Compensation & Benefits
- $240k - $375k DOE (including all bonuses)
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- Sign on bonus - negotiable
- Relocation allowance
