Searching for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a growing practice located in Plymouth, Indiana, near the University of Notre Dame. Go Irish!

Position Details
- Days On-call 1:7 by phone only

- Outpatient Family Medicine, safety net clinic with two physicians and one nurse practitioner.

- Will see patients of a variety of ages: Pediatric through Geriatric with optional OB

- Assess, evaluate and treat patients in the hospital/medical office setting, under the supervision and collaboration of a physician, by using advanced knowledge and skill to identify abnormal conditions, diagnose health problems, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to a physician in the hospital/medical practice for further care management

- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures may be performed

- Opportunities for clinical teaching and supervision with residents

Requirements
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Required

- IN license (or willing to obtain) - Required

- BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - Required

- DEA (or willing to obtain) - Required

- COVID vaccination - Required

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary range: $240k - $260k production
