Masentó Group is Hiring a Senior Account Executive Near Munich, ND

Are you looking to relocate to Munich and advance your career?

Masentò Search is partnering with a global data integration software company to find a Sales Director for their Munich team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on managing and executing direct sales in the DACH region.

We are seeking high-performance candidates with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise software within the Public Sector over the past five years. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in data integration, data analytics, and data management, with experience engaging with potential customers, partners, and prospects in the assigned region. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential to handle the entire sales process from business development, prospecting, and qualifying to negotiations and closing.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
  • Research and identify customer prospects and targets.
  • Meet individual sales quotas based on corporate and regional revenue targets.
  • Achieve new customer acquisition targets and implement expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with our partner channels sales team to identify, source, and onboard appropriate channel and alliance partners, driving revenue through both direct and indirect channels.
  • Set and execute customer acquisition strategies across direct inbound and partner ecosystems within the assigned accounts and/or territory.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts across assigned accounts and territories.
  • Measure and report sales and plan execution results.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 10 years of results-driven enterprise software sales experience.
  • 5 years of experience in selling enterprise software.
  • Knowledge and experience with Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Databases, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and AI/ML concepts and products.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT architectures and corporate data strategies and solutions.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from cold calling prospects to negotiating enterprise-wide contracts.
  • Clear presentation of technical concepts and business solutions through demonstrations and proposals.
  • Fluent/native proficiency in German and English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives, subject matter experts, and enterprise architects.
  • Strong organizational, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
  • A team player with the highest level of integrity.
