WHAT IS THE JOB?

As the Assistant, Sourcing and Production you will be assisting the production team with any task that arises. This position is ideal for a highly multi-functional, "roll up your sleeves," entrepreneurial professional who wants to learn about garment manufacturing and supply chains. The right person will be able to multi-task and learn how to problem solve on a daily basis.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Assist production and QC team with TOP sample management.
• Support Production Team with system data entry such as:
  • Purchase Order (PO) entry into ERP system.
  • PO entry into tracking chart.
  • PO export from ERP system.
• Manage and own seasonal trim orders.
• Coordination trim management with small vendors/warehouse/store teams.
• Assist small vendors with barcode file creation and sticker printing.
• Support team with Top Of Production (TOP) management including:
  • TOP shipment entry into tracking chart.
  • TOP care label/trim checks.
  • TOP organization to photo team/receiving team.
• Assist AM/SM manager with vendor production care label/hangtag approvals.
• Support ANN and SID production managers with system data entry and data maintenance.
• Partner with vendors to create and monitor action plans to improve service and quality.
• Attend weekly product status meetings.
